RULES AND REGULATIONS

(Applicable only for History Optional Foundation Course)

1. I have taken admission to the Institute by my free will and only after being thoroughly satisfied with the counselling process, Academic Curriculum and Faculty details.
2. I made my fee payment against the issuance of a fee receipt. I shall preserve the same till the end of the course.
3. I fully well understand that the fees paid by me is non-refundable and non-transferable to other courses.
4. I am committed that I shall be regular and punctual for the lectures, workshops and meetings. I shall be seated at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of commencement of the lectures. I also understand that entry into the lecture hall after the lecture begins, may not be permitted.
5. I understand that the timing and the venue of lectures may be altered by the Institute if the situation so warrants, and the Institute is not responsible for clash of timings with courses elsewhere.
6. I understand that any form of audio or video recording of lectures is not permitted. I shall not use any such recording instruments without the express written permission of the Institute.
7. I understand that all the study material distributed and presented at the Institute is copyrighted. I shall not use such material for any other purpose except for my personal training.
8. I understand that in case of my final selection in the Exam, the Institute has the right to publish/print my name and photo in newspaper/magazine advertisements.
9. I fully understand that in case of Admission Cancellation, there will be no refund under any circumstances.
10. The Institute reserves the right to terminate my admission for violation of any of the rules stated above.
11. I understand that in case of any dispute the decision of the Partner(s) shall be final. Legal disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

 

(Applicable for all courses except History Optional Foundation Course)
